The "CQ EV Mini Kart Race" is a race aimed at providing students and new engineers with an opportunity to hone their motor control skills in response to the recent growing interest in EVs.

 

This tournament has been held every year since the first event was held at Sodegaura Forest Raceway in 2014, and will mark its 12th anniversary in 2025.

 

The purpose of this competition is to compete in motor control technology using motor drive circuits and microcontrollers, and in order to lower the barrier to entry, we are providing development kits equipped with: ● Brushless motors ● Motor drive boards ● Motor control microcontrollers

The kart body and battery are the same for all teams, but it is okay to use a homemade motor drive board.
